Our wood-burning stone oven runs all day, producing perfectly charred pizzas, slow-baked fish and the octopus-under-peka that regulars drive hours to eat. We pair every dish with handpicked Dalmatian and Mediterranean wines — including the island whites that rarely make it beyond this coastline.
